Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Booking Terms: All bookings with Epic Golf Safaris are confirmed instantly via epicgolfsafaris.com, subject to availability. Full payment is required at booking or arrival upon agreement, processed securely. Prices include a 1.5% transaction fee, disclosed at checkout. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free; later cancellations may incur fees, per package terms. No-shows forfeit payments. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, course closures), with comparable alternatives provided. Data Privacy: We collect your name, email, phone, and payment details to process bookings and communicate updates. Data is stored securely, shared only with our trusted partner (our Destination Management Company) for tour operations, and never sold. You may request data deletion at info@epicgolfsafaris.com.
